1962 – Learn Yoga in school after joining Laxmi Vayam Mandir, Jhansi. 

1966 to 1972 – Yoga Teacher training course in Laxmi Vayam Mandir, Jhansi.

1976  – Awarded Yoga Teacher’s Certificate from ShriRam Tirth Yogashram Dadar, Bombay.

1976 – Member of International Yoga Fellowship Movement of Bihar School of Yoga, Mongyr, Bihar.

1980 –Yoga training from Santacruz Yoga Institute, Mumbai

1980 – Yoga Teacher’s training course conducted by International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers,Trivandrum, Bangalore and Head quarter Canada.

1986 – The Title“Yogacharya” was conformed upon me at the world Yoga Conferencein Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

1987 – Bombay Medical College of Therapies Alternative awarded Nature Cure &Research, Bombay.

1993 – The Wat Po Traditional Medical School Bangkok, Thailand.

Association and community member of Umesh Yoga welfare center, Nandgoan, Manor Dist.-Thane, Maharashtra. 

1996 till now – Meditation, Kundalini and samadhi under the guidance of Guruji Brahma gyani Dashrathanand Maharaj,  Bhagiraathi Dhama Swargashram, Rishikesh, India.
